These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the website mindroute-center.digital and the Mindroute Center software described on that website. By using the website or the software, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or the software. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms when they are posted.
2. Description of the software
Mindroute Center is a local data tracking utility and analytical software related to Offline Wallet Tracker for Paper Wallet Record Logs. It is intended to help users organize locally available information, track records, review historical notes, analyze informational entries, and maintain personal record-keeping summaries.
Mindroute Center is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. All information is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website to learn about the software and you may use the software for lawful personal informational and record-keeping purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable law.
4. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the website or software for unlawful activity
- attempt to present Mindroute Center as a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or payment service
- misuse the Microsoft Store CTA or imply false Microsoft affiliation, certification, or endorsement
- interfere with the website’s operation or attempt unauthorized access to systems hosting it
- reverse engineer the software except where mandatory law allows
- upload or introduce malware through any channel connected to our contact points
- use the product to collect personal data from others in violation of privacy law
5. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, layout, and related materials are owned by Mindroute Center or used under permission. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site materials for commercial republication without prior written consent, except for ordinary browser caching and lawful personal reference.
6. Software limitations
The software is an informational analytical utility. Features focus on local tracking, organization, review, and summarization of record logs. Functionality may change over time. We do not warrant that every described workflow will meet your specific documentation needs.
7. Third-party services
Links to third-party sites, including https://apps.microsoft.com/, are provided for convenience. Third-party services are not controlled by Mindroute Center. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you leave our site. Availability on Microsoft Store wording used with the CTA does not mean Microsoft publishes, verifies, certifies, develops, or endorses Mindroute Center unless that is separately and factually true.
8. No financial or investment advice
Nothing on the website or in the software constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on your own records and professional advisors where needed.
9. No financial institution status
Mindroute Center does not operate as a financial institution and does not provide regulated financial services under these Terms.
10. No wallet functionality
Despite topic language referring to paper wallet record logs, the software does not function as a cryptocurrency wallet, does not manage live wallet connections, and does not replace dedicated wallet software.
11. No custody of assets
We do not take custody of money, tokens, or other assets. Any records you keep are informational notes under your control.
12. No transaction execution
The software does not send, receive, sign, broadcast, or otherwise execute transactions.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are restricted by UK law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UK law, Mindroute Center and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the website or software. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
15. Changes to the software
We may update, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the software or website descriptions without prior notice, where lawful to do so.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when revisions are published. Material changes apply going forward from publication.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence where relevant. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non-excludable rights you may have.
